Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RedOwl, a chat automation platform for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. By creating a workspace, you agree to them.

Your account and workspace

• You're responsible for the security of your login credentials and the activity in your workspace.
• You must have the right to message the contacts you upload or that message you through a connected channel.
• Team members you invite are bound by the role (admin, editor, or viewer) you assign them.

Connected channels

• Connecting WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram requires you to also comply with Meta's own Platform Terms, Business Messaging Policy, and Commerce Policies — RedOwl is a tool for managing those channels, not a substitute for reading Meta's rules.
• We may suspend a channel connection if Meta revokes access, or if messaging through it violates their policies.

Acceptable use

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging outside opt-in contacts, or messaging content that violates applicable law.
• No attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access without agreement.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per your selected plan and workspace usage. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Liability

RedOwl is provided “as is.” We are not liable for message delivery failures caused by Meta's platforms, third-party outages, or misuse of automations you configure.
